What is Clear Cell Sarcoma?
Clear Cell Sarcoma is typically defined by the most common mutation, EWSR1-ATF1 (less commonly, EWSR1-CREB1). There are other more rare mutations also included in the Clear Cell Sarcoma subgroup. Out of all those diagnosed with cancer, about 1% of people are diagnosed with Sarcoma. Out of all those diagnosed with Sarcoma, about 1% are diagnosed specifically with Clear Cell Sarcoma. This means that we are the .0001%
Our Mission is to make Clear Cell Sarcoma survivable through education and scientific research.
